They were a strong breed surviving difficult winters and long dry summers. As a population they helped sustain the natives, who in turn took on ly what they needed to live. Human and animal, they coexisted in a harmony that was composed at creation, whose melody was intended to play throughout time. This was the anthem of the Buffalo Nation.
